We expect all our employees and business partners to conduct themselves with integrity at all times and in all places, adhering to the standards outlined in our Code of Conduct. Whenever a new employee joins our group of companies, they are provided with a printed copy of the LOGO tape group Code of Conduct, and we expect them to follow it diligently. Similarly, when we enter new partnerships, our Code of Conduct is included in the company introduction.
We strive to promote a culture of openness and trust in both directions. We strongly encourage our employees to raise any concerns or specific suspicions of a breach of our Code of Conduct. We are committed to fostering an environment where employees feel safe to report their concerns without fear of retaliation.
Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct explicitly stipulates that any possible violations of laws or misconduct should be reported internally. To facilitate this, we have created the LOGO tape group reporting system for our group of companies, including LOGO tape, MULTIFLEX folien, mapack packmittel, Scharnau city shop, Oehr-Emballagen, and Steadfast tapes. This system ensures the proper adherence to and use of our Code of Conduct.
Reporting potential misconduct helps our company identify and avoid undesirable consequences. Concerns can be reported through our whistleblower system, to superiors, or to the Works Committee.
Additionally, our parent company provides an Online Whistleblower Reporting Service ("Hinweisgebermeldestelle") for anonymous reporting. This service processes reports, forwards them to the appropriate departments, and coordinates necessary actions. Another alternative way to make a report is via email.
